Attending all of your scheduled appointments is important to ensure that your treatment is getting the results you want. If you skip appointments or delay them, there’s a risk that your treatment will also be delayed and you’ll need care for longer than initially planned.

When you first arrive for your consultation, you’ll be able to settle in comfortably in our reception area. Help yourself to our refreshment area which has ice-cold water, snacks, or even a fresh coffee brew.

We work hard to ensure all of our patients receive dedicated care, so we never overbook appointments and we try our hardest to run on time. As such, when you arrive for your appointment, you won’t have to wait long. Once you’re in our treatment area, you’ll have an exam and X-rays with Dr. Wong so he can evaluate and determine your treatment needs. We believe in educating our patients about their options so Dr. Wong will spend time discussing your orthodontic options with you, so you can decide the treatment that you’re most comfortable with.

Once your orthodontic treatment has begun, know that we’ll be here for you along the way. If an after-hours emergency arises, Dr. Wong is on call and available to help you, including overnight and on weekends. If you have any concerns about your treatment progress, we’ll discuss them with you and evaluate what’s going on. We believe in good communication and will always keep you updated during the process.
