New to the area and my permanent retainer popped off … I came here because of the great reviews and because they actually answered the phone when I called.Everyone from the appointment scheduler, to the front desk, to the assistant and to doctor himself was fantastic.They fixed my broken permanent retainer in no time and the wait time was minimal (less than 5 minutes).The wait area is modern and fun. There’s a giant glowing neon wall sign and projectors on the floor for kids. The ambiance is fun and vibrant while also still being relaxing and calming somehow!!If I had kids, this would be the type of office I’d want to take them to.Highly recommend this office! Modern Orthodontics has always been amazing...great service, nice staff, and perfect results. I had my braces on for two years and I have had them off for six years now. I had an issue with my permanent retainer, and Dr. Wong and his staff treated me as if I had never left and got me in the very next day to help me. I have always been impressed by Modern Orthodontics and I would highly recommend them!
Do not have enough kind words to say about Dr. Wong! He was kind enough to help me out when I had a permanent retainer break on Christmas Day. Not many orthodontists would take time out of their holiday to help out in an emergency, and I’m so thankful he did!
We love the staff and Dr. Wong. We are on our third child having braces . Two have completed treatment and just have retainers. Each child had to have vastly different treatment plans and we have no complaints. Dr. Wong has created beautiful smiles. Highly recommend!!
